DISCOVERY SCUBA DIVER
The Discover Scuba Diving course requires participants to be at least 10 years old. Although this is not a certification course, it can help you become familiar with scuba equipment in shallow water and give you a quick and easy introduction to what underwater exploration entails. Thanks to the Discover Scuba Diving course, it is possible to learn all the fundamental diving concepts under the careful guidance of an instructor.
MINI SUB DIVER
REC. DIVER MINI SUB - 7/9 years (5-7 mt) (Supervised Mini Diver)
This course is a valuable resource for kids who wish to learn the basics of scuba diving. It is structured to allow children to learn to dive while still considering the playful aspect. The Mini Sub courses are conducted with a shorter program than the adult courses and allow diving at very limited depths, ensuring total safety. In particular, children aged between 7 and 8 can dive to a maximum depth of 5 meters . When they reach the age of 9, the depth increases to 7 meters. It is always necessary for minors to have written authorization from their parents and constant supervision in the water by an instructor.
OPEN WATER DIVER JUNIOR
REC. DIVER JUNIOR 10/12 years (9-12 mt) (Compliant with CEN standards 14153-1 (A/12) Supervised Diver)
This course provides an approach to explore the issues of diving at a beginner level, making it suitable for the youngest. Nevertheless, it is designed to achieve a complete understanding of the fundamental concepts of breathing underwater
using SCUBA gear at shallow depths. Specifically, for children aged between 10 and 11 years, it is possible to dive to a maximum depth of 9 meters, and upon reaching 12 years of age, the depth increases to 12 meters. It is always necessary for minors to have written authorization from their parents and constant supervision in the water by an instructor. The ourse will be conducted using some of the same exercises from the Rec. Diver 1st Level course, but limiting the depth
according to the age of the student.
OPEN WATER DIVER
This is the first and likely the most significant and exciting of the scuba diving courses; it will unveal a "new world" that will constantly offer you new emotions. This first level of the training program will enable you to dive independently. Both theoretical and practical training is provided under the supervision of a qualified instructor. After finishing the training, you will obtain an internationally recognized license that qualifies you to dive to depths of 18 meters.
Minimum age: 15 years
ADVANCED OPEN WATER DIVER
The course showcases various types of dives, prepares participants for new experiences, and thereby for new emotions. The Advanced Open Water Diver course aims for a deeper understanding and refinement of the theoretical knowledge learned in the Open Water course, while also familiarizing divers with different underwater scenarios to enhance their experience and increase safety. To this end, this course will feature some introductory dives in special environments, such as night diving, limited visibility diving, search and rescue, natural navigation, diving with a compass, deep diving, wreck diving, dry suit diving, and diving with Nitrox. In brief, by enhancing your knowledge and experience underwater, you will become a more competent and skilled diver: an Advanced Open water Diver! Upon passing the course, you will receive an internationally recognized license that qualifies you to dive to depths of 30 meters.
RESCUE DIVER
The Rescue Diver course is both a challenge and an opportunity for underwater activities.
In a short time, you will learn:
• Self-rescue
• Recognition and management of stress in fellow divers
• Management of emergencies and equipment
• Rescue panicked divers
• Rescue divers in a state of unconsciousness
To join the Rescue Diver course, you must be at least 12 years old and hold valid first aid training and certification.
